These terms apply when you use the Chrispy’s Kiwi Adventures website or purchase products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

This online store is operated as Chrispy’s Kiwi Adventures and is powered by Shopify.

Products and availability
Our merchandise is made to order through third-party production partners.
We aim to display product colours, artwork, images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and finished products, and minor variations in print placement may occur.
Product availability, production providers and product details may change without notice.
Orders and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping and any applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Your order enters processing after payment is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order where there is:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Another reasonable operational issue
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Order changes and cancellations
Made-to-order products can enter production quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation.
We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.
Production delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.

Returns and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Custom-knife enquiries
Submitting a custom-knife enquiry does not create a confirmed order or binding agreement. Specifications, price, availability, delivery time and payment requirements must be agreed separately before work begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any knife they purchase, possess or use complies with the laws that apply in their location.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Chrispy’s Kiwi Adventures name, logo, artwork, photographs, videos and website material belong to us or are used with permission.
This material may not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified or commercially used without written permission.
Acceptable website use
